Be like a tree, and drop the dead leaves, if it does not serve your highest good, drop it and let it go.
To be healed and grow there must be a need for change, we hold unto so much and before we know it we're overloaded, emotionally and physically. Be the change that you desire.

SELF

To be myself,  I had too be true,  I could not hide from who I was, what's the point?  I found myself, in the early hours of the morning holding a White Rose. This meant, honesty, purity, innocence and eternity, all this and more I needed to embrace.  To be honest with self, to be pure in my thinking and in my heart, not to judge myself to harshly, for I maybe innocent, then every part of self will have eternal bliss.  As long as I continue holding this White Rose, I will remember.... 'SELF'.
